Not very clear from the announcement whether it is a share capital or debt capital:
"The reason for the trading halt is due to the finalization of a Capital Raising
The Trading Halt shall last for 2 trading days or the announcement of the Financing Package
The Trading Halt shall end following documentation and announcement of the Financing Package"
It could be both debt and equity.
