only in the last few months has the sp dipped below 70c, you would think the offer would have to be around there as shareholders probably wont accept the offer. Fundamentally its a sound business with alot of potential and green energy seems to be getting much attention. I was lucky enough to get into VIR 2 hours before the halt :)
