If their own directors etc wanted to put in to fund would they not
a) have just issued themselves shares in the 1st place as so called professional investors at the prices required
b) have paid up on future options
Will be interesting as SPP was suppose to close on Monday. They must be a fair way off to have a meeting re litigation. Obviously they would be looking for another way to raise if they are short but that would make it attempt no.3
Only time will tell.
Aqutua answer me this - Did you subscribe to the SPP? If no why not? Any other CHM'ers please also answer.
