The activities report showed that they had about 18.5 million in cash, however, there immediate commitments would leave them with not much left.
I would speculate that the capital raising is for working capital which would be disappointing considering they only just had a capital raising at $2.50.
This raising could be a big dampner on the shareprice but once settled would provide a good buying opportunity.
