Banker I have an interesting question

If Opes transferred the actual ownership of a major stockholder to another party, without the original holders knowledge

And the other party in this case ANZ Merrill, etc accumulated greater than 19.9% of an indivual company.

Hasn't the accumualting party got a responsibility either prior to last Friday and certainly now an ASIC responsibility to disclose a major shareholder notice on those relevant stocks and disclose their actual positions.

This is one major black area currently in the market
