You would have to think that they'll announce an upgrade in the Koka reserves tomorrow & that'll be used to support a substantial placement at around 6c - be interesting to see if AVM maintains its percentage stake. SBS is due to pay the Eritrean govt $6mil in transaction tax(capital gains tax)next month as a result of the sale of the Asmara project to Sunridge last year. SBS presently doesn't have $6mil in the bank and could only finance this by selling their Sunridge shares if there was no placement. I suspect they've already sold some of their Sunridge/Currie Rose shares if you look carefully at their last cashflow report.
