obviously MD thinks this was an important ann. it is a step forward for a japanese steel company to be entering an mou. chinese companies enter mou's at the drop of a hat but japanese usually only sign things that they are serious about. ann is another piece in the puzzle. a bit more good news and this one will be back on track as a great long term investment.
