The action shouldnt be against ASX. It should be against EBR. They are the ones perpetrating the scam. You can ask any other Resource company MD/CEO and they will tell you the way that EBR ran their announcement was a ramp.

I reckon the reason why today's trading halt was so long was because ASX was in talks with EBR all afternoon because they were extremely upset at the way EBR's management spoke to the press and recklessly gave a $3B value. (where else could this come from) ...

EBR's response was dressing up what really went on. THEY WERE AWARE of the newspapers stories ... you dont give an interview ... talking to a journalist and not read the story the next day!!!

They were aware of the stories, but of course wanted the stock to run. They should have corrected the stories ...as required under the new disclosure rules. The trading halt was placed by EBR, sure ... but only after the ASX threatened to suspend them (which isnt a good look for a company)

Any class action should be against EBR!!!!!
