I also hope for some good news, soon, and this is what got me thinking...
Assuming the good news is near, is issuing these options now a better strategy than waiting until after the good news is released?
In the first case, the holders get to make more money, but the company gets less due to the lesser amount of $$ they can get for the options (higher dilution). In the second case the company would obviously get a better $ for an option.
They either have a long term plan that they need the money for, or they do not, and think that they need to get more capital now, before the sp falls.
Either way, I have concluded that there will be some action and news, soon. As I now hold quite a lot, I am hoping for the better. Maybe MTN will find the yellow stuff for PRZ, which, with its current market cap, would send PRZ sp to the stratosphere?
I hope so, and this is why I will be buying the options I am entitled to.
