After reading both your comments I'd say it's a fair point. May not need a placement.

Guess we'll find out it in about a months time. Not worth worrying about though for that amount of money - minor issue.

What it does mean is that there is at least one more acquisition this company has to announce in the future. Organic growth alone won't allow this co. to achieve its goal of $100m in time.

Another acquisition, dividend payment and some quarterly, annuals in the next six month will see this at the target well above 60c.

Let's not lose sight of the 80c target by WiseOwl.
