Buying a business for $4ish mil,is too "petty" for a rights issue to all the shareholders,so a piddly placement to Sophistos at say 55cents will be OK here,I suppose.
Can someone who knows off the top of their head explain EVZ's angles re Enviroment "GoodGuys" or are they just metal bashers,engineers with a trendy name?
