I think you are forgetting an important factor and basing your opinion on what is the norm. The norm however does not represent all cases.

I believe here we have the exception. It is based on the very small free float, and without it, yes, you would be correct. But in this case there is not the available supply greater than the demand. That is why it hasn't fallen yet. As you can see on the depth, and as its been in recent times, the demand is much higher than the supply. Therefore it is almost impossible for it to go much lower. It would require a change of nature, that is, the demand vanishes from a dramatic change of events, like a some failure.

But there is no failure to be had here in the near future, and lack of news is certainly not it either.
