Trading Halt

Request for Trading Halt Magnis Resources Limited (Magnis) (ASX:MNS) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with respect to its ordinary shares. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Magnis advises that: • Magnis seeks the trading halt pending an announcement to be made to the market regarding a feasibility study funding agreement executed relating to the Townsville Lithium-ion Battery project. • Magnis requests the trading halt end on the earlier of either the commencement of normal trading 27 August 2018 or when an anticipated announcement is released to the market; and • Magnis is not aware of either any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
