Lateral, To me as a seasoned punter of some 40yrs trading the 3 billion shares are my gripe. This smacks of very poor management . The project imo has huge potential but as you point out the dilution seriously effects the sp and the ability for the punters to make serious money from a positive outcome. Thats why SIR turned into big bucks, they had less than one sixth the amount of script and a good project as it turned out.
