Much will depend on what the "big boys" think of the KCN offer? If they (AND holders) want more and market thinks that, no doubt KCN will feel some heat? Andean will most likely get some speculative interest, ie another offer or increased offer?
Bid was good timing, as over the next 1-6 months there would be plenty of results and planning coming to fruition.

Possibly a wild ride, so take care out there. Remember both stocks are reasonably tightly held.
