Sometimes there is a tendency to keep raising price quite low and attractive for soph investors to enter at a discount. I had a feeling the share price was kept below 2c last week because of this.
If indeed the share price goes above 2c on good volume in the near future, this may attract traders to push the price towards previous high (4.3c) , and once this breaks, it will bring the oppies in the money at 4.5c
