re: trading halt - extension arrg Logic would certainly indicate that the current share price means the raising is dead in the water. But my reading is that AMG is in a fairly unusual position of being a company with market caps of 4 mil trying to raise 12m. as such any large order placed in the raising is unfeasible on market. amg currently has 20mil odd share outstanding, there was no chance the 10 mil share order could fill at 20c. anyhow that's my take on this, i still rate fair chance of success
