    Makes you wonder whether PIR is the hunter rather than the hunted given the abnormally high value of its equity relative to the other West African producers (ie RSG, EVR). I can only see a major that is comfortable with Mali bidding for PIR. Maybe PIR is looking to acquire an existing processing facility.
