manipulated so big holders get cheap shares that will undoubtedly be dumped in the next pump and dump coming to a screen near you soon, but we are suppose to feel better about it because out of the kindness of managements heart shareholders can get some of the giveaway shares, which more than likely will be undersubscribed and our wonderful underwriter will pick up all the scraps.
