Hey P87, you're entitled to your persistent, dour, and negative perception of Forge, but I do question your motives. You get on a public forum to repeatedly bash a company, for what? The hell of it? Do you actually think your comments are constructive? They're not.

I don't have any sort of access to the internal machinations of the Forge board, who knows why due diligence wasn't exercised in relation to the acquisition of the power station projects. I agree, they f$&ked up there, and the markets severely punished the share price.

How do I know they're a proven management team? Look at the value of the company over the last 4-5 years. This is a company that's been built-up and prospered in a notoriously fickle sector where many others have failed. This is a good company that's run into trouble, they've been bailed out, now they're back on horse and ready to ride, it's as simple as that. It might take another year for the share price to get back up, a positive earnings report would certainly help.
