Am I the only one who thinks this share offer is a disgrace to the majority of shareholders?

I'm appalled at the Board only allowing existing shareholders to subscribe for 3M+ shares which is 1% of the total number of shares. The big boys have been allowed to buy an additional 15% so existing shareholders will be diluted by 14%.

Why the Board thinks we will be "pleased" to be invited to participate in the SPP with so few shares on offer is beyond me. To make matters worse the Board thinks its an "acceptable dilution to current stakeholders" - RUBBISH
