I heard REY was having some trouble with its land rights issues from the local community but not sure where that has got to.
Yes CUL is definately underway with people on the ground.
The Derby port has already had an investment and been readied for coal export so I would think the feasibility studies have already been done and they are expecting this region to become a coal producer very soon.
