Were on the same page, my experience says it does not indicate a result either way, BUT in this game no news is usually bad news so it is interesting that this is so timely, MAY indicate that it is flowing and they just need some time to colate info and write ann, also no doubt they will be circumspect with info as the court case with ICN starts this week I believe and they will be negotiating a commercial settlement with them as well. imo
