The release a couple of weeks back refuting press speculation mentioned "ongoing discussions about CCP", "no binding transactions made" etc
I'm guessing that the ongoing discussions have now lead to a binding transaction.
Whatever form that may take I trust MA has now reached a reasonable compromise on CCP.
Find out later anyhow but hopefully a cause to celebrate with a few ales
