Not too sure about the cr emc2, 3.5m would see Bgd through for at least 2years even with current project running at loss. Any progress / construction will have to be fully funded. A joint venture Ann at any higher than 10% Bgd, should see a sp higher than 75 cents before production even begins. I suppose a cr would be smart if the deal falls through. .. Eg Bgd lives to fight another day...
