You pretty much nailed it Ms Muff, the only thing is getting your hands on any stock.As per this point in tim it is only possible to buy 66,700 under the placement price of 19 cents,not many to go around for all of us. whereas if you subscribe you may get your 10K's worth at 19 cents, 52 odd thousand. Of course this wasn't the case yesterday where you could of filled your boots right down to 16.
