Looks like they were forced to take up some of the IFE CR after all. Unfortunately, it will not be good for the SP. At least a 15% maybe 20% discount to sophisticated investors IMO, I don't expect there will be any instos as these will all be tied up with IFE.
Not good news for IFE either if TRF now have to take up their position in the IFE CR.
