My guess is 20m shares at 55c to raise $11m before costs. Will be interesting to see who takes up the shares?? More to Baker Steel? GGG still looking to list on the ASX before christmas which is precursor to a merger IMO or perhaps GGG and AZX are looking to vend Bullabilling into a new entity and float it separately with a nice clean capital structure and raising of enough cash to see it through the BFS stage.
