yeah, well how can you run an independent company like that, hard enough with shared Boards. As I mentioned, I think they may have looked at the share registry and saw that someone may have had too many options for their llking which if converted would have resulted in a change in the majority shareholding. Remember they traded at next to nothing for a long time although not big volumes but if someone botted those they may have picked up quite a few.....and you never know what the hot chili hangover is either in the whole thing as that would have put a few noses out of joint.....
bizzo, it was 5 million shares on the 22nd of September @ ~24c that jt is referring to, the day before oppies couldn't get traded...wouldn't surprise me if it was in the after market auction.
