I don't have a problem if it's a placement, so long as when they come knocking for project equity it is a big rights issue we can all participate in.

Small development companies need capital from time-to-time and it's not always the cheapest, most efficient method doing SPP's or rights issues.

Who knows - it may even be a strategic placement, although I'm thinking perhaps just working capital until PFS next year.
