adding to jamesduff, it would also depend on who you wnat to place the shares with and at what price, that's about the only benefit of the elower share price....but then it would be a related party and definitely very dodgy. I think these guys are above that.....although the 5 mill could have been ammo for the lower price if there was a predetermined price in mind. Once placement is made no doubt volume may increase as guys will want to get their money out and the 5 mill could get fed into that lot and we'll never know who the buyer was.
wouldn't it be nice to have a placement ABOVE the VWAP for a change....has this ever happened?
