Apologies for starting a new thread.

I started to reply to this one, and then started to get incensed with the (lack of) regulation of our market.

Nathanblack, I think you are right, a consolidation looks very logical, and I also agree that more equity finance is dilution which should lead to a reduction is share value.

An exceptiopn would be if the cap raising occured at a premium to the current SP, and agh it happened to another stock I follow fairly recently, I can't see it happening to this one.
