Not sure what the offer would be crisstoff, however with a market cap of $17mil sureley the U tenemants alone would be worth substantially more than that? Multibagger time??!!
The exploration permits have just been extended for a few more years, there are known easily mined resources there already, and more to be proven so I think PDN will be keen to seal this deal. If you take 22% of the shares they own out of the equation also, its not much for them to payout.
I agree about the FE too, we should keep those and see if we can get something rolling there soon. Close to the coast could prove a potential winner.
