for those trying to do a back of an envelope valuation of a discovery in Uganda, the recent Tullow/Herritage transaction has set a price of $5 USD per un-developed barrel of reserves, meaning if infact GBP's has a discovery net to them of 25 million barrels in theory it would have an enterprise value of :
