Lex,
The difference is as i see it, they are asking others to invest in the company and not prepared to place their own money in.
I just have a feeling that this is going to dramatically dilute our investment, similar to MAK who doubled their number of shares issued and we are still suffering the consequences of that dilution.
They have in excess of $2,000,000 in the bank yet are now doing a placement, probably to pay for the current drilling, they would certainly want to have the "goods" with this campaign otherwise we are back to where you and i started, down the gurgler.
That said, i am hanging in there for the long term hoping they have our best interests in mind.
