    Yes, dilution of our investment, sounds like a deal for "Sophisticated Investors" to me who will cut and run with their cheap issue.
    Share price will suffer from this without any doubt.
    I wonder how many new shares will be issued???
    My guess is 20,000,000 at $0.30 per share!!!
