The Company requests a trading halt in respect of its listed shares.
The Company seeks a halt because it is in discussions regarding a material capital raising and, particularly given the recent volatility in the Company’s share price, any loss of confidentiality with respect to these discussions may have a material impact on price of the Company’s shares.
It is requested that the trading halt be put in place for the earlier of two trading days or when an announcement is made to the market. The Company will make an announcement as soon as practicable.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
