    my guess is what ronstieb suggested yesterday, ie. Albers has shown that he will act quickly to make sure everything runs smoothly and the Rankin acquisition maybe being perceived at risk so I think he may amend the terms to make it unconditional. If the acquisition is no longer dependant on the CR that may support the SP.

    The halt obviously doesn't relate to a farmin ann. bcos MEO is trading normal.
