Not sure if it was that same announcement of Qtrly that said drilling will start after local land holders approvals received expected May 2010.
So they hav eeither been delayed or come to an unlikely early deal. The time frames they work under I find the early deal almost impossible.
Howver the AF board has alredy approved so doubtful of a dispute but possible. Also I think a dispute would be titled Re: AF not Apurimac.
Interesting to see if any of us are even close.
