    It all comes to the real valuation of the share price.

    Hanlong had to help MOL refinanced their loan and who knows they are thinking of raise some capital to either relief some finance burden or either try to get cash to start a new project without taking extra loan.

    I'm just speculating here.

    We will know when the annoucement is out :D
