    Think about that for a minute

    You dont just pull in a major new equit partner
    they take control
    Then you dilute their new shareholding with a cap raising ?

    or if thwe participate they immediately arrange to increase their shareholding percentage ( ie by the SPP not being equally weighted amongst al holders)?
