This company does like it's capital raising - it normally says "so we can XXX from a position of strength it's necessary to raise capital"...

As noted by others, normally a "capital raising" is mentioned by the halt announcement - for instance in May last year the announcement requested a halt pending an announcement concerning a capital raising. And, the halt-requests have historically included a letter from the company requesting the halt.

Surely at some point though they have all the capital they need? This has to be off-take agreement, surely?
