What else was the placement for if not to keep the company going to progress PSD along a bit further with approvals etc?
It's not possible for SFG to fund the actual PSD construction through equity placements only through debt.
IMO unless there's a debt funding agreememt / MOU to go along with a placement the sp will be going South again pretty quick to the placement price.
