A couple of things:
1) If the substantial investment alluded to helps to fund SFG for the next couple of steps of PSD (Legune/stage 1) then I couldn't see the price falling off the back of simple dilution. Funding is the big fly in the ointment for SFG as far as I can tell. Getting it would be a big boost.
2) It would make the dude who plonked $100k into SFG just prior to the halt look like a complete idiot, getting in just in time to watch his 100k become 60k.
