    I agree JGPM. The vote is a mere formality.

    As I have said before also, it is clear to me from the announcements that the vote on the CCP sale is a separate matter to how the funds will be distributed. Therefore, just because IVA want more funds to be distributed doesn't mean they won't vote in favour of the sale.
