Possum2 I don't need to. I am holding plenty of shares well below 17c. My point being is that they have had the report for a couple of weeks now ( I'm only assuming here ). So rather than release it and lets say the SP shoots up to 30c ( purely speculating ) the directors would need to pay that price but they hold the report back and instead get to purchase for 14c. That would be a big, big difference to the amount of shares the directors could buy and the price they would pay
