With all due respect, if you believe the share price will rocket why not buy now at 17c whilst you have the opportunity.
Whether you pay 15c or 17c , does it really matter.
If the share price does rocket as you think it might, then you may be sitting here in a weeks time wishing you had paid the 17c currently on offer.
