Too true Fisho - you did very well with Polaris. An off-take is normally the final part of the puzzle as a business plan needs to prove that a willing buyer exists for it's product.

Apart from this, NM is obviously wanting to minimise future dilution as his private wealth is very much tied up with Cazaly's success. He'll be doing everything he can to sign a good deal for shareholders.

The large XTs some weeks ago pre-empted this IMO. They normally do in my experience. Our SP has been holding up well really.
