I would prefer that way because it would be their skin is also in the game. A way to make sure everything is good. Think about it this way, sure cash purchase would be nice but when you dont have money and you want to make sure there will be no bs from the seller.. you do it via shares so then everyone will have 1 common goal. Make it work or no one get anything from it!!!!
