1. the huge discount (much bigger than the usual 20%)
2. the fact they are going after retailers, no company would do this if they had a broker with some soph clients lined up
sophs have been burnt at 25c last time and obviously have no will to participate again
will be interesting to see if Paige participates as she holds 5m shares
